Heat rash inner thighs?

I started a new job a couple of weeks ago,
and i think since then i have started to notice a faint irritation on my inner thighs, right near where my vagina meets my thighs.
It looks like a very very faint rash, small pink spots. Almost like an ant bite.  Like a normal heat rash? they aren't raised and they eventually go away. i think my skin might be dry as well.
i thought it might have been from shaving so i avoided that for a week and it didn't change anything.
My new job involves a lot of walking all day long. Could that be my problem?
I am quite a paranoid person so i am beginning to worry.
Does anyone else have this problem?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to contact dermatitis, allergies, sweat dermatitis or friction rub. Chafing occurs when the skin becomes irritated by the friction caused by rubbing – either against other skin or against a foreign material. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I have very sensitive skin as it is and seem to be prone to allergies.
So i thought it could be the beginning of an allergy to a fabric?
