how can I remove or reduce pain less small underarm bump

I've had this small bump in my armpit for about a month now. Its red and close to the skin but its not painful. Is a bit hard. What can I do to reduce or remove the bump? I already removed some ingrown hairs from the bump(it didn't reduce the size) and now the skin is covered with no hole for pus or liquid to come out. I just want the bump to go. What should I do?

Do you think it could be a lymph node?  We do get those under our arms and if it is a reactive lymph node, we can have it for up to 6 months.  Have you been sick in the recent months?

How do I know if its a lymph node. I haven't been sick since last year.
So, a lymph node would feel like a pea or bean under the skin.  It can kind of move.  It is usually painless.  This would be different than something erupted on top of your skin.  Does that make sense?

Have you cleaned it with rubbing alcohol to see if that helps it at all?  You mentioned it's not painful, does it itch or anything?

It doesn't itch. I haven't rubbed it with anything. Only tried hot press
