Help me please I dont know who to ask anymore

I am 26 years old.
Because of the occasional itching on the lower side of the penis - on the foreskin and glans, by doctors recommendation, i've used Sinoderm (fluocinolone acetonide + neomycinum.Produced by: ICN Galenika, Belgrade, Serbia). The medicine made tiny dilated blod vessels appear on my glans(they look like red pinheads).

Afterward i was recommended to use baking soda mixed with water (20 grams of baking soda in one liter of water) for this itching, and after 4 weeks of application a pinkish circle appeared on my scrotum which spread towards my legs. Where it spread the skin there became very very itchy. When it had reached the legs a couple of days latter it stopped spreading but also caused some glands there to start constantly secreting some stinky and sticky yellow liquid. My skin on the scrotum is now pink and doesnt itch that much anymore, but also it is macerated and constantly wet because the glands work non-stop at secreting this yellow liquid.

Also after this treatment i've experienced occasional appearances of redness on the inner side of foreskin which usually subside on their own after 2-4 days. I was recommended by a doctor to use Triderm (Betamethasone Dipropionate + Clotrimazolum + Gentamycin. Produced by: Schering - Plough) for this occasional redness on the foreskin. The application of triderm produced an edema (as well as constant redness and some tiny blood vessels) that appeared on the upper (dorsal) side of my penis. I experience an occasional rupture of the skin because of this dilated state.
I want to know the following:
1)Is there any medication with which side effects (redness, edema, teleangiectasia) from corticosteroids can be cured? From what I heard from a friend there is some medicine which is used to treat these side effects on the face.
2)Also is there any way for me to see what exactly is this yellow sticky secretion and what happened to my skin there? I hear that baking soda can cause the sebaceous glands to start overworking.

Any help appreciated,
Thanks for reading all of this.

I feel you can start up with a bland creme for both areas.Antibiotic can wait.

First of all thank you so much for reading and posting an answer to my topic!
I have a couple of questions concerning your post though. As I understood you said to use bland applications containing zinc oxide. I googled the term but hadn't had any luck finding out what bland applications containing zinc oxide are. Could you give me an example? I am sorry but I am not an english native speaker so this term is unknown to me.

I didn't quite understand what you meant by using an antibiotic. What kind of antibiotic and why an antibiotic(i mean for what exactly)?

Again thanks allot

All I can tell is that you have an irritant dermatitis due to excessive use of medications.Best now to go in for bland applications containing like zinc oxide, and a course of antibiotic.
