Herpes or Fungal Infection

I had protected sex with a stripper for about 30 seconds and finished. She got off of me but I did not take the condom off immediately. Spoke with me for maybe a minute or so and then asked me to go to the bathroom to dispose of it. I put my pants on and went to the bathroom and disposed of the condom. Im afraid her vaginal fluids could have rubbed from the condom onto my shorts and then my fluids(from inside the condom) when taking it off mixed together and then got on me and infected me. This was on May 2 2009 On May 17 2009 I developed a red patch in between my head and the foreskin.I had gone swimming the day before. (I am circumsized but there is a lot of skin there) During this time I was on Levaquin 500 MG for Prostatitis. The red area started to crack and looked like dry skin and then became inflamed and extremely sensitive and raw. The skin peeled away and lasted for about 2 weeks. No Blisters etc.
Saw a ureologist about the prostatis. Ibuprofen, Alpha blocker and Levaquin 500 MG for 6 weeks. After the thrird day of taking the medication (July 15, 2009) the same red area came back. Now the night before I had been working outside and sweated for hours and didnt get a chance to take a shower. I sweat very bad down there all the time. My skin is loose and it is like not being circumsized. The red area is about the size of a quarter. It covers a little bit of the head and the foreskin. Most of it lies where I have to pull the skin back.  The skin started to crack inside underneath the head of the penis and continued to peel off over the whole circular area. It became really sticky with a white ooze (like snot) when I would peel the skin back. It would stick to my shorts and skin. This has been going on for a week. Ive been off meds for 3 days and it slightly getting better. When I would sit in the bath you could see this white stuff coming off...(like snot). I havent noticed any blisters or pimples etc
Can you give me any information about what this could be

How can this not be an infection. I went to my Ureologist because I had an appointment with him for my Prostate. He looked at it and said it was a bad skin infection caused by MRSA or something like that. He gave me Clyndamicin and told me to clean it with Hydrogen Peroxide and Neosporin. The symptoms went away in about a week. The whole episode lasted almost 4 weeks. My question is since you are an expert in dermatology:
1 How common is this infection on the penis (Ive never heard of that)?
2 Are Ureologist educated enough in this field to distinguish a Herpes infection from a standard skin infection just by looking at it?
3 The area is still pink from where this occurred. It doesnt hurt. It almost looks like a scar. Is this normal?
4. He said I am circumsized but the circumcision isnt that great and it caused the skin to bunch up under the head and trap bacteria inside. Doe this sound common to you?

This sounds like an irritation, not an infection or an STD.  I suggest you make an appointment with a dermatologist, and while you are waiting that you use over-the-counter 1% hydrocortisone twiece a day, and do your best to avoid friction or irritation.

Best.
