High Fever, Severe Headache and Sore Throat

I had an oral intercourse and the next day I experienced a sore throat and high fever with intense headache at night though the fever was gone in the morning but still I went to see a doctor for a throat checkup The sore throat lasted for three days as I am taking some medicine the doctor prescribed me. Is there any relevant cause of the high fever, severe headache and sore throat with the oral intercourse I have had?  Is this a sign or symptom of being "infected" of HIV?

Hello,
Many people do not develop symptoms after they first get infected with HIV. Others have a flu-like illness within several days to weeks after exposure to the virus. Yet for your satisfaction you can get ELISA test done to rule out HIV.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. I really appreciate your response to my problem but due to some illness I was checked twice wherein I had undergone discharge, urine and blood tests as well as ultrasound due to my lower abdomen intense pain and the doctor never told me of having such (HIV) infection. However, do these kind of tests help of diagnosing a person being infected?

And regarding my lower abdomen pain, the pain goes to my left side of the butt down to my thigh facing my private part. Two doctors had came up of different findings wherein the first doctor told me that I may have a pelvic infection.  Then in 4 days time after the checkup and taking the prescribed medicines I encountered a very intense pain that made me faint when the pain stroke so I was sent back to the hospital for another checkup and the other doctor told me of having a kidney stone. What do you think this disease really is? Please help me make my mind at peace. Thank you.
