What painless white dots in pubic zone and testicle can be ?

Hey, 29 male, I had sex 3 weeks ago  and just after that I noticed some white dots (15 dots ) in my pubic zone and base of penis, only 2 of them turn reddish but there is no pain or itchiness at all, and one in my testicule, it tooks more than 3 weeks now and they are still there I started worrying. I hope someone get me some answers. Thank you !

It's probably a good idea to go to the doctor and have them take a look- for your peace of mind.  I would guess that it's probably just an irritation of the skin of some type, but a doctor doing an in person exam and gathering more of your medical history is the best way to get an accurate diagnosis.

Thank you ! I already booked an appointment next week but am worried ( because its the first time but not annoying me at all just how it looks
So glad to hear you have an appointment made- that's great!  Try not to be overly nervous (I know it's easier said then done), and if you mean that this is the first time you have been sexually active, make sure to talk with your doctor about your future plans for sexual activity and talk through how to be safe.  It's important to have all the information and be prepared so you don't go through this anxiety each time.
