But then do try yoga and meditation.
UV-A and B from sunlight DOES NOT work either , I can not afford Vaseline

I understood you loud and clear, and truly the depression and Psoriasis go hand in hand. All said and done, UV-A and B from sunlight is available for free, so get some sunshine, and get the yoga and meditation from the net. Vaseline again helps in softening the psoriatic epidermis.
Cheers!
Thank you , but like i said in my above post , i am sorry i CAN NOT AFFORD that , i can not even afford to feed myself let alone pay for more treatments.

Yes , Psoriasis and Depression goes hand in hand with each other , in fact my shrink wanted to put me on drugs but i said no for i know where my depression is coming from , and there is no pill on earth that will help it .
i also told them , once we find a CURE for this HELLonEARTH disease ( Psoriasis ) then i will no longer have depression , but sense there is NO CURE for this HELLonEARTH disease i will always have depression and no amount of pills will help .

Above all do get it out from you that all plaque psoriasis land up with exfoliation. Do try yoga or hypnotherapy, if possible.
In such a case go in for liquid paraffin application, sun exposure and omega-3-fatty acid supplements, along with antibiotics by a family physician.
Thank you , but i am sorry i can not afford that , i can not even afford to feed myself let alone pay for more treatments.

Goeckerman and Ingram are effective at clearing psoriasis, but both require intensive treatment for several hours a day in a psoriasis clinic or hospital.
Kindly note that this has to be done under medical supervision.
Deep depression has made your psoriasis worse, coupled with a prediction that it is got to get worse!
Not so. First gather all your wits in this seemingly despairing situation.Even in worst scenarios there are recorded cases of recovery.
It is true that you have severe plaque psoriasis, but then there are cases which respond to antibiotic treatment for staph infection, and coal tar (Goeckerman therapy or the Ingram regimen).
Do consult your Doc.
