How can i control genital eczema

I have a sore and inflamed foreskin which i know is nothing to do with having a sexually transmitted disease considering I have been celebrate for the past year. However I have for a number of years suffered from genital eczema and have had to take a steroid cream to get rid of it.

My question is should i be concerned that my foreskin has flared up considering it is inflamed and will not retract to its normal position.

If you are having a flare up that is uncomfortable, you can and should always visit your doctor.  If it's eczema, that can be hard to control- so many things can contribute to the flare ups.  You always want to be sure you are using a fragrance free laundry detergent, you may also just try to switch brands to see if that helps- even if you are using a fragrance free one already.  You may also want to note when you see a flare up and keep a journal of the things you eat and are around- certain foods, stress levels, or other outside things we come in contact with can contribute to flare ups.  If you can connect the dots to when you see a flare up and what has gone on in that week, you may be able to better avoid getting one.
