How serious can those blackish yellow or reddish pink spots on your palm are?

It's been more than a year now, since I occasionally keep encountering with these blackish yellow or reddish pink spots under my skin on my palms...or usually that is where I notice. The spots are usually rough and do disappear after a week or two. Usually, they're blackish yellow but today I noticed that I have reddish pink too and by the end of the evening the latter tuned black. What does this mean and how serious is this? I did talk to my endocrinologist, but he made it sound like it's no big deal. Should I consult a dermatologist?
Ps: I am 26 years old and I have been having hypothyroidism from past 8 years.

It could be a fungus- you can look at over the counter medications to treat it, just make sure they have these ingredients:  miconazole, tolnaftate, terbinafine, ketaconazole and clotrimazole.

If they don't seem to respond to the cream, you should probably just get them checked out by a dermatologist for your own peace of mind, at the least.

Hope that helps!
