How to keep peeled toe covered ?

Hi I recently had an accident and I stubbed one of little toes and the whole top layer of though skin peeled of from under my nail all from the from the underneath is red like real red what can I do to keep it clean and to help it heal ?

You can clean it out regularly with first aid wipes or just plain soap and water- bandaids should keep it covered, but you may need to put a few on in different directions to ensure that it stays on. You can also bring a few extra with you and change them through the day. Heal up soon!
