White spots with white pasty contents on penis skin/ballsack (and only there)

Hello, ever since i got into puberty (i think) and my penis started to do its puberty thing, i have had white spots on the penis skin and ballsack. These are small, *not* swelling the skin like a pimple would, and ejects white pasty-like stuff when squeezed. (So not the typical pimple stuff you get when you squeeze them) They don’t hurt. I don’t have, and never had, anything like this anywhere else on my body. They don’t seem to dissapear after i have squeezed them for what i can, since i have probably squeezed most of them more than once before. Since i’ve had this since puberty, i havent really been concerned about it being a health problem, but it’s a bit annoying to have small white spots all over down there. Also, almost 2 weeks ago (i think i may have had this once or twice before as well) one such bump grew in size and swelled a fair bit so it’s more visible. Still doesn’t hurt or anything, but it’s really visible and i’t doesn’t seem to calm down (but as i’ve said i think maybe i’ve had this once before so it probably will) i’ve checked around the internet for answers but none fit my case completly. Any ideas?

I would venture to guess it's probably part of your bodies natural oils and sweat causing some clogged pores (even if the substance is different than what you are seeing in a pimple that is on your face, for example).  Make sure that you are keeping yourself very clean and if it continues to bother you or you see more get swollen (I think it's probably from infection)- you can go to your doctor and just ask about it.  The best way to get a diagnosis is from a doctor, so don't hesitate to have them take a look if it's bothering you.
