I am having huge boils around my penis head and the shaft region

Hi doc. Please I urgently need answer. I have been masturbating more frequently lately and I started having huge boils around the head of my penis and the shaft region. I have done std test and all is negative.i took some strong antibiotics but the boils and itching  keeps increasing after I have stopped masturbating for like 2 weeks. Please what could be the cause and what should do urgently pls

I'm assuming you have had someone take a look at the boils when you had the STD testing done?  Did the same doctor prescribe antibiotics?  Are you making sure that you keep the area clean?  

If you have taken medication prescribed by a doctor, and it didn't clear up the issue- you need to get back into your doctor and let them know it didn't help.  They will be able to adjust the treatment as needed.
