I have a red spot on my nose which looks like a vein.

Well its origin was from 4yrs back, i accidentally applied a hair removal cream on my nose, n when i came to realise i used my nails to remove it off, after that i had red scratch marks on my nose n it pained really bad. After that incident i started having pimples on my nose, and i popped out one which left a permanent mark on the right side of my nose, i visited a tons of doctors, they suggested me different creams to apply, and i tried them all, but haven't yet go rid of the mark. Its now been 4 years, i tried every cream, home remedies, but nothing worked. Please help me out.... So i can get rid of this spot.... N to be more specific about the spot, it feels to me like a small vein. I don't know if i am right. But just wanna tell everything.

Is the spot painful or is it more of a cosmetic concern?  Have you talked to a dermatologist about the spot, or was the doctor a general care doctor?   It sounds like it is likely a scar- a dermatologist can assist you in removal options, but you may want to try something like vitamin E oil to try to get it to fade, if it is bothering you.
