I have black spots around my mouth

I use chaptick 24/7 if I don't my lips and the side of my lips where the dark spot are located gets really dry. The black spots sometimes Burns really bad .I need help I have suffer from this for years and it doesn't looks good, please help

If these spots are painful at all (burning), you need to get to a doctor to have them take a look at it. It's important to see a doctor because they can gather your health history (for example do you smoke, take medications, etc), and the in person exam is very important for an accurate diagnosis with skin conditions.
