I have pityriasis Rosea and a rash on my penis head, could they be related?

I am a 28 year old male. A few years ago I was diagnosed with Pityriasis Rosea and I took some prescribed cream to clear it up. I've cleared it but it comes back, it seems, once per year. This time when it came back, I didn't bother treating it as I never feel itchy and the only symptoms are visual.

I have also noticed this time that I have a red texture on my penis head. Could this also be a spreading of Pityriasis Rosea on the penis head or related some how? Also, whether it's Pityriasis Rosea, a yeast infection, or something different. Could a rash in your groin area or on your penis head have any influence in low motility results? I'm just wondering if I were to solve the rash problem, if I'd have a chance at higher motility as my semen analysis shows a low motility score.

I'm also married and have only ever had sex with one woman and she's only had sex with one man so I believe it's highly unlikely it could be an STD.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
