I have severely clogged pores all over, is there any cure?

First of all, I have been to a dermatologist many times over the last few years, and I am writing this post because there has been no real change in my condition. I need real help, and I need different answers.

I am 27 years old and for at least half my life, I have had severely clogged skin pores all over my body. This means EVERY pore. Even on the inside of my nose, which I believe has been affecting my breathing. My face is one of the worst affected areas, along with my arms, but bumps and red spots can be found on every part of my body where the oils have become too built up. It can easily be mistaken for acne, but it is not. I am able to squeeze oils (usually white pus) out of my skin nearly anywhere - even where there is nothing visible on the surface. Long story short - I take two showers every day, at least an hour each, and the water/soap suds are always brown/very dirty. I literally spend 14+ hours per week in the shower, and I'm only maintaining my current state, never improving.

My dermatologist has prescribed me with a few different things, and what seems to be the most helpful is an antibiotic called minocycline. However, this only helps to release some oil from my skin, and the problem gets worse as soon as I stop taking the pills. I also use Biore charcoal soap, which my first dermatologist recommended.

I've been trying these treatments for over three years, and I'm extremely frustrated because I'm still wasting half my free time in the shower, which I cannot afford to do. Has anyone dealt with this kind of severe issue before?
