So sorry about the red veins you are seeing- sounds like a reaction to the cream you were using. For a prescription to assist in dealing with the red veins, you should have a doctor take a look and give you a prescription/recommendation. Sometimes creams can thin your skin and it may not be able to be completely reversible. Your doctor will be the best resource to know what will help. An in person exam before getting a prescription is very important.
