I have white patches on my forehead HELP!!! What specific condition is this?

I have had eczema since childhood never been that bad however recently i have got these white patches which itch some times turn pinkish if it does itch gets dryer much more quicker than normal skin, the two patches seem to be close to symmetrical and i have had these white patches in the last year come and go in different places but normally takes a few months until the patches pop up in another place the patch is slightly humped on the skin ive got around a few of the same patches on my face 2 on the forehead one on the right eyebrow 1 on each cheek also close to symmetrical also next to my mouth on the left side.I have  gone to the gp she tried daktacort that didn't help but when i put steroid cream it reduces the pinkishness just to a white patch and will not itch just stays there for like a month and she does not know what it is so i dont know how to treat it someone help it gets really self conscious.
