I noticed brown spots on my penis head was wondering if they are hyper-pigmentation?

So about half a year ago I noticed two brown spots on my penis head. They are flat and have stayed the exact same size since I first noticed them. What I think happened was one morning I accidentally scraped my penis on with my zipper because I vague remember doing that and it hurting when I masterbated. I also remember it scabbing over. So I am assuming it's a result of hyperpigmentation from that or I heard dry over-masterbation (which I had been doing multiple times a day during that period because I was really stressed) also causes hyperpigmention. I am a 20 year old virgin is obviously I don't think it could be an STD or anything like that. I couldn't figure out how to upload pictures with this question but they are on my profile if you could please take a look recommend maybe some cream or something. Thanks.

If they are the same size, they aren't hurting, itching, or changing at all- then it's not anything that I would waste time worrying about.  A lot of things can cause spots on our bodies- scars or pigment changes, little moles- most of these are totally harmless.  It's when the spot it hurting, itching, or changing (size, shape, color, etc)- that you know you should see a doctor.
