I AM A 22 YEAR OLD MALE AND IM SUFFERING FROM ITCHINESS AMD DRYNESS ON MY PENIS SHAFT SKIN ALONG WITH WHITE PATCHES ON IT. THERE ARE ALSO LITTLE BUMPS ON THE GROIN THAT ARE ITCHY AS WELL.
