Iching and spots

Let me start off by saying I do flooring for a living. I do apts. Mostley, so I get all kids of dust and floating particles from old carpet. Some of the carpet is pretty nasty. With that said I've been finding on my face ear and neck little red blotches or dots that ich sometimes. I hate looking online for answers because cancer and AIDS always seem to be a possibility. I sweat alot and always in some sort of dust. I don't have insurance so I don't know if going to see a doctor is a option. What are the chances of it being all of the air born "things" I expose myself too. And any suggestions on how I could get checked out or maybe the cause? Thanks.
