Im still very worried about this... I have these white bumps

I have these white bumps. They are not red, they do not itch. They dont hurt. They are spread out. I dont think they are an STD. They showed up out of nowhere. Could it just be build up of skin oils? I was looking around the web and I found "small white spots". They are build up of skin oils from puberdy. but mine pop out. Not really spots. Like they are bumps. They cant be an STD. It just wouldnt make sense if it is. Im soooo nervous. Iv been looking around the web at pictures of herpes, warts, folliculitis etc.(STD"s). some pictures look like what i have. but even the pictures that look like mine are still different in a way. I have a wart on my hand and on my knee, but i got those after what i found. Like there are so many things on the web tellin me that it isant an std and sum do. idk what to do.

also...

I googled it and mine dont exactly look like those ones, some do though. They are mostly on my scrotum though. I had oral sex befor they showed up but like a year or more befor i noticed. I really think that person is clean because i no them well.

They are smooth, Dome-shaped, . They kinda look like Fordyce's spots. (The google pictures)

Thank you so much for your time. But i still have questions...

They arnt in rows. thy are spread out and only some of them are white (they almst look like pimples). And you cant really see them at all unless you stretch the skin out. They might of been there for a long time but never noticed them. There used to be one big one but fell off after putting drops on it.

So can my partner catch this? (get them too like in the mouth or genitals)?

Thats what i really want to know. can other people get them from me?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Hirsuties papillaris genitalis is a clinical skin condition of the male genital organs which presents as papules that appear as one or several rows of small, flesh-colored, smooth, dome-topped bumps in the genitalia. Flesh colored, meaning the same color as the skin.  It is a harmless anatomical variation and not a sexually transmitted disease.  The mechanisms underlying their development remain unknown. Lesions typically are asymptomatic and persist throughout life. These are observed more frequently in uncircumcised males. But they gradually may become less noticeable with increased age.

Take care and regards.
