Indentation lines that appear and disappear

I get these weird lines on my skin almost like when you have a sick line. But they appear on my arm for no reason. They stay for an hour or two and slowly disappear.

I have been feeling bad lately. I am having muscle pain and cramping all over. I had so many blood test and brain mri but no answer. Only thing that was really low was testosterone and vitamin d. Anyways it’s been a rough 6 weeks and I am wondering if there is a connection.
