Infected razor burn? Folliculitis? Or herpes?

Hello, I am a 26 year old male. I recently had sex with a partner. I shaved my entire genital area including above the penis. The Same day I noticed razor burn but didn’t think anything of it. The next day I had unprotected sex. And I noticed the razor burn started to hurt more than normal. The razor burn is above my penis and now they have turned into clear puss boils that aren’t elevated. And some have popped, now some are little craters. I’m only scared because they look similar to folliculitis and herpies. But they are not on my penis or scrotum, Just above my penis. They only got worse because I continued to have sex after I noticed they were getting more irritated. I know, not very smart. But I think they are infected because of the rubbing from her riding on top of me. They are very painful to touch but not itchy. When I urinate it slightly burns randomly. So I’m not too sure what this could be. If anyone could give some clarity so I’m not panicking it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Since you had unprotected sex and you are experiencing burning when you urinate- I'd recommend you go in for an exam and STD testing to know for sure what is going on.

I have an apppintment for today. Thank you for the response. I am hoping it’s nothing serious, but these irritated bumps are very painful and they are not on the shaft. I’ll respond with results to help anyone else out.
Best of luck at your appointment- glad to hear you are going in and getting them looked at!
