Is my suntan permanent?

Actually one day i shaved my thighs and legs and went out in direct sunlight to play in shorts, without even applying sunscreen lotion. After playing for 1-2 hours i noticed my thighs had become very darker. It has been six months and still it is visible. I don't know what to do. Is it permanent? And if not, How can i remove it?

It seems like a case of post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, in you case aggravated from the sun. You dont save wax or veet and go to the sun directly. You always need to do it the day before at least and then apply suncream. You need to visit a dermatologist. There are some creams that can lighten up the complexion gradually
