Is there any non surgical treatments for the bumps on my penis?

Hi, I'm a 14 year old virgin and un circumcised. I have these painless skin colored goose bumps on my penis. Most of them are quite small and they're all around my shaft. And they're really tiny pale ones on my forskin. These have been here for about two years and I am self concious and slightly worried. I tried squeezing some the other day and a really tiny strand of white substance (puss I believe) came out. I don't want to tell a doctor or my parents as I would feel completely humiliated. So are these normal? Will they ever go away? And are there any treatments that might work?

Do you think it's a reaction to a particular lotion?  You might want to switch to something like clear aloe vera.

There is a benign thing called pearly papules.  There are other benign bumps as well.  The last thing you want to do is cause scarring or infection.  I'd suggest gentle soap (read the ingredients and pay attention) and never, NEVER any cortisone cream.

I've been helping people on this site for years, and many, many men were prescribed cortisone cream for some rash on their penis and it thinned out their skin and cause permanent scarring.
