Itching in the region under the testicles and on thighs

I have been sweating a lot in the last week or so and the condition is not getting any better, the itching is severe as soon as I sweat it increases. The skin under the testicles have developed small inflammations in the form of small balls and in thighs as well. I wash the affected several times a day in order to get relief and I have using an oitment named OF derm as suggested by a General Physician but it has been of no use. I have been using another antifungal powder named Mycoderm which gives me temporary relief but doesn't help me permanently. I seek your help people because I read a lot about this and I am worried. Please post your answers

Try 100% tea tree oil.  It smells like turpentine but a little goes a long way.  It is antibacterial and antifungal.  You could also get tea tree oil soap.  I've seen some on Amazon for one thing.  Avoid sugary drinks and avoiding eating sugar.  Wash socks and underwear in hot water with Tide and baking soda.  Dry thoroughly.  This is for any fungal or yeast component, but it sounds like you have a bacterial thing going on.  It's hard to tell by your description.
