Itchy, flaky, itchy/burning skin on penile shaft
Hi im a 14 year old Male. i am starting to get scared. the bottom, middle of where the dark strip goes around just under my head. It is super red and if i touch it, it gets itchy, it has kind of like dots on it.(next day) today i woke up and its worse, its itchy, flaky, whitish*like dead skin, an is really bothering me, i tried applying lotion but that just made it burn really bad, (same day) i took a shower and the white came off but the pain is still their. Please help me out! thanks!!! PS im not sexually active or anything
