Itchy Rash on Butt Cheek

I have had a rash like thing on my butt cheek for a while now (1year or so) and it is really starting to be a problem.  At first there was no discoloration, just itching, more so at night before bed.  But now there is discoloration, and some bumps(not sure if they are just from excessive scratching).  I need help please.  Thank you,

Since the itchy butt rash has been present for quite a while, I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and get the area biopsied. Till then, take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rash. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.
