Itchy Red Bumps on Ankles, Feet, and Legs - - - HELP!

So for over three weeks now I have been suffering, and I mean suffering, from this horrible itchy rash. I have been to the doctor twice and am contemplating a third visit due to being driven crazy.

I work with dogs, I have walked through contaminated water, and I have been bitten by fire ants. The contaminated water and fire ants were within days of each other. I live with other people, but never share any bedding and we don't really have any real furniture and NO ONE else has this rash. So, that should help a bit. I sweat like no one's business because I live in New Orleans and my job is extremely physical and I work long hours. Basically my rash started slowly, and then got out of control fast. I went to the first doctor at an urgent care (I don't have a family physician) and he gave me bactroban (sp?) and clindamyacin (sp?) which I finished. The rash was still there and driving me nuts. So I went back, I was then told scabies but another doctor who only looked at my scabbed and crusty feet, not any of the new rash. I was not really sure of this diagnosis since I have had no skin to skin contact with anyone, particularly playing footsie... But I followed the advice and used permethrin 3 nights in a row to make sure it was all over my body and I didn't miss a spot. I slept at a hotel for three nights and special requested the bedding be changed each day. I washed my personal bedding and ALL of my clothing in hot water twice and then dried it on high for over 2 hours. I aired out my room for all three days. I was also given hydroxizyne (sp?) for the itch. Cut to 7 days later and the rash is still here, still kicking, and still driving me crazy. The medicine barely helps the itch. I literally am burning off patches from scratching of skin which is painful.I take cool/warm showers everyday before bed. The itching is not worse at night, it is worse when I am sweating or wearing restrictive clothing such as shoes and socks. Here are four photos of the rash...

my either, I bekieve you can get them anywhere if they are living, they or the ir friends haha could just simply getr on your skin if you just touch a place person or thing that they are on......Walmart, grocery store, perhaps work etc., I believe so many more people have this than would ever admit it..... so dont worry yourself,I did for awhile as well,I am sure they are just about everywhere. If conditions r right, you get em!!! hope your doing o.k.. I am reading alot of info, and it seems sulfer may eradicate them, problem is I cannot find much in the stores that contains sulfer.....hmmm gonna keep on seARCHING, IT MAKES SENCE TO ME AS WHEN i AM ON SULFER BASED MEDS, THEY WOULD GET ALOT BETTER, IF ONLY i STAYED ON THEM, GONNA SPEAK TO DOC ABOUT ORAL SUFER AS WELL.

Also I am very confused as to how I would get scabies. I literally do not touch anyone. And I have it in none of the typical places you get it.

I did the felt marker test too, and couldn't see any burrows.... There are no connecting marks or burrows if you will... I wonder if I should go get it rechecked.

I think it is scabies, even though your itching is not worst at night.  Try not to scratch and try to see the burrow lines with a magnifying glass.  Or get them to take a scraping if it's not too late after partial treatment.

Hope it's over soon!

I have tried ivermection? prescription anfd it works somewhat burt not gone completly,I am going to talk to the one doc that bekieves me on the third, I will let u know!!!! hang in there and get some more cream!!!!
