Itchy penis rash, i think with very small outbreaks elsewhere

A couple days ago I was itching real bad on the lower and middle shaft of my penis, and noticed a couple tiny little bumps and thought they were some kind of bug bites. I could just see a couple. When scratched it irritated to itch much much more. It itched real bad.For a day or two I passes it off of bug bites.

Today there are more red rash looking bumps on the head. I cleaned it with rubbing alchohol, slight burn but nothing major. It helps temporarily with the itch.

I think the same rash is on my earlobe and the inside crease of my elbow, but in both of those spots it is very minimal, mostly on my penis. It also looks as to be appearing on a knucle. All places itch very bad, especially if I scatch them.

No heads, or puss or discharge of any kind, just whitish pink red different sized/shaped bumps that together form what looks like a rash. Definetly not bug bites I dont think.

Some are red and some are more flesh colored, but in the light they stick out.

Please help! Is this just a rash that will go away or something else? I have been working outside and sweating, and not had unprotected sex since Ive been checked out.

Should I continue to treat with rubbing alcohol? Or maybe hydrocortisone?

Ya is the same being more discomforting in the morning.

Ive been leaving it alone and doesnt seem to be getting any better, though not really spreading but itching like crazy, much more when scatched.

Would, just irritation, last for several days? It started 4 or 5 days ago.

Its sometimes hard to see but after I scratch it is much more visible. Much harder to see in low light too.

Is hydrocortisone the best thing I should use? I have to probably treat this myself, Im leaving the country for several weeks and wont be able to go see a doctor in a week, and cant really now.  Ill take the hydrocortisone with me though. I might not be able to see a doctor for weeks so if it doesnt go away, what I learn here might be the only thing I have to go on.

Any more info is much appreciated, why you think its nothing serious like eczema or ...? What could it be?

Rubbing alcohol is more likely to irritate the skin down there, which is sensitive.  Hydrocortisone seems like a better bet.  It doesn't sound as though you have anything serious, just irritation, perhaps from your outdoor work.  Try leaving the skin alone, applying hydrocortisone twice a day, and if the rash hasn't gone in a week, let a doctor check it out.

Best.
