I can't find any explanation for it or information..Please help

My boyfriend and I had sexual intercourse 3 months ago. When we were attempting to have intercourse he couldn't get his penis in all of the way, and he said it was hurting him because it felt like it was being pushed out, and it hurt me too. About 5 minutes later, he was complaining of alot of pain. The next day it appeared swollen and red. It is now three months later and we can't have intercourse because it is too painful. He was circumsized as a child but now it looks as though he was never circumsized to begin with. It looks like the skin is growing over it. Another time when were having sex,it the crease in the head started to bleed. What is going on?? I have been tested for STD's and everything was negative, same for him, but this happened  5 minutes after we were trying to have sex and hasn't been the problem since. He says the pain is not when he is not having an erection and that when he does get erected the skin feels like it is being pulled back very tightly. I looked at it today and it looks like a rubberband of skin has grown around the head of the penis, almost as if its not attached. Please Please tell me what is going on because it is really worrying me.

I also heard that you are able to get a hickie on your penis. Is this true, if so could that be it? She said she has heard of it being able to happen. So I was wondering if you might think that is it? And also that medicine i've been using has visually almost taken away these red dots. But if it happens again i'd like to know what might be the problem. Thank You and please help me as soon as you can.

Hi, I recently noticed I had these little tiny red dots on my penis. They don't itch or hurt or anything. They are just there and it's really freaking me out. I recently had oral sex with my girlfriend. It was the first time she had done it and the first time I had it done to me. I kind of freaked out when I first found it and I still kind of am. But i started putting some medicine I used before for something else. I think it's taken some of the redness out but not for sure. They are little tiny bumps. Not big or anything. I'm not circumsized. So could that be a problem or what could it possibly be? Please help me out.

It's not an STD.  It sounds like a mechanical issue, perhaps related to tightness or lack of sufficient lubrication, or perhaps because of incomplete circumcision.  Your boyfriend ought to see a urologist to consider whether a procedure to loosen the band would make sense.  He should look into this, for both your sakes, but it does not sound serious or unfixable.  Meantime, extra lubrication during sex should help.

Take care.
