Broken capillaries on nose and cheeks
Over the last couple years I have been getting noticeably worsening broken capillaries on my nose mainly and some on the cheeks closest to the nose area. I also have broken vessels in one eye. I am a 36 yr old male. I am curious what could be causing this and if the two are related. Any help is appreciated.
Did you or do you do a lot of sunbathing/tanning? My doctor says that this increases the broken capillaries. Vitamin C is supposed to help a bit but a doctor might help more. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/321387 This article is pretty interesting and also suggests that one of the reasons for this increase could be due to your circulation. I'd check in with your doctor.
