Itchy rash scalp chest shoulders arms legs eyebrows

I had went to move in with a friend a year ago , after the first few days I accidentally used one of his towels never the less a rash broke out on my arm thought nothing of it , couple days go by and I feel like I'm getting bit by fleas , but nothing's there.

Started to get bit by bedbugs , so naturally this wasn't the first time I've delt with this , 4 months went by I got my own apartment , I bought all new clothes and made sure I didn't bring them to my place , well sure enough I started itching again intensely and I thought maybe I was thinking to much , well I didn't bring bed bugs but many doctors said that they thought I had mites I was getting itchy bumps behind the ears scalp chest back shoulder and legs and it would itch intensely throughout the nite , ive done permethrin irvmectin and cleaned every last bit of clothing bed and surfaces , I moved back to my home state and it still continues.

Dermatologist proscribed me eurax and I honestly felt great but maybe 2 weeks later the itching came back intensely and my only thought is maybe I got reinfected by someone I was hanging out with well sure eneough my derm did a skin scraping and found nothing than I get told it's prolly something I'm allergic to, is this some type of superbug that nobody has an answer to , it's driving me crazy and ruining my life , everything itches and I also have been noticing for awhile people I work with or I've hung out with itching and developing similar symptoms ? I need help...
