Itchy red bumps under armpits days after sex with stranger

Itchy red bumps under armpits days after
I had unprotected sex with a total stranger at their place. 2-3 days later these red itchy bumps came under both armpits. It has been 40 days since I did that and still not better. Used Lotrimin powder for weeks the entire bottle and didn't do anything but keep dry which makes me think not fungal. Raw garlic burns for 10 minutes but then feels better and doesn't itch for hours after. It has spread some up the back of my arm and front of shoulder on both sides of my body. The right is worse in the back shoulder area and the left is worse in the front shoulder area though. She had dried scabs on her forehead I first thought were from getting scraped and touched them (Dumb, I know). When I was leaving I asked what the scabs were from and then could tell she was hiding something in the way she answered me. I've washed everything I have over and over. Have been using the same deodorant and detergent for years. Had an itchy anus for 2 weeks and don't know if that was related to bumps under arms but that went away completely after trimming and using Lotrimin powder there every day. I know that I got something either from her, her dogs, or something at her place. Virus, bacteria, fungus, or whatever. What could I have gotten? See pics listed below if you will.
