Itchy scalp and bumps on arms neck and shoulders

Hello,

I started having a pretty itchy scalp over a week ago. I noticed the itchy bits are little bumps, the itchiness comes and goes. The most itchiness happens after waking up after a nights sleep. At the start of the week I also started to get itchy, mosquito like bites on my neck, right shoulder, and some on my arms too. The itchiness also comes and goes, it will be very itchy and look like a mosquito bite and then the itchiness will go away after a while and usually wont itch anymore. The bumps fade away after about 1-2 days and then a new one appears. I also have a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck so that might be due to infection or the fact i have a slight cold im not sure. Any idea what it could be? I have moved houses at the start of this week, and my previous house had some mold so maybe im thinking that caused something? Or maybe stress of this is also adding to it.

Would appreciate it if you could help, I booked an appointment with a dematologist but just want to get some peace of mind beforehand.
