Itchy scrotum. Fungi infection. Itchy nutsacks

Hello guys since in my country thunderstorm is widespread and I havent taken a bath for 3 days and I think fungi infection is present in my scrotum since it itches when touched and its texture is different. Before tbe itching occurs I saw white spots in my scrotum. Please help me im too scared since im only 15 and a virgin! STD is not possible. Since I scratched it my some portion kf my skin stings. Thank you as always.

If you think you have an fungus infection- you will need to get to the doctor to have them verify it.  You can get over the counter medication for jock itch and that should also help.  Also, you don't need to hesitate to bathe even if there are thunderstorms in the area- so make sure to clean yourself daily.
