Itchy spots on my lower legs and feet?

It seems to happen every summer now but every morning when I wake up I have new itchy spots on my lower legs and feet. It seems to happen more often when I have my legs exposed in bed and when I don’t they can also appear on my arms and stomach. They get so itchy and then turn into scabs if I scratch so my legs are covered in scabs and I don’t know what it is! My boyfriend doesn’t seem to get them at all but I do in his bed also.

There could be several things causing the bumps- it could be bug bites (although not likely if you are seeing them when you sleep in more then one location), hives, allergic reaction to something, or a number of other things.  I'd head to the doctor to have them look at the spots and get a bit more of your medical history so you can get an accurate diagnosis.  Let us know how you are doing!
