Lesions all over body

I have lesions all over my body with crusty outside and crater dry area inside.  Also black fiber-like material comes out of my skin when any anti-fungal medicine is applied.  Also have grainy, sand particles come out of skin.  There is also a small white organism that is too small for the eye to see.  Have been to four Dermatologists have treated me for scabies to no avail.  Pesticides seem to make it worse.  Could this be protozoan infection?  If so what kind of Doctor would I see?

Hi, wow I thought i was the only one who had a skin problem, some sound similar.  I was diagnosed with Mucha-Habermann Disease  also called PLEVA.  A rare skin disorder.  Came to me out of the blue, started in the spring 2 yrs ago, thought I got into some poison sumac or ivy, but this stuff just kept coming, went to my dermatologist and he identifies it right away, I'm like Mucha what?  Ya had to have a biopsy done to confirm it.  Starts as a red dot then turns to a boil, itches like a bite from something, once its opened it scabs there are several different stages and lucky me gets all of them.  I have scars, some of the lesions are the size of a nickel, some are smaller, it takes forever to heal, some are so deep that they turn black and pit my skin.  I'm so depressed over this, and no doctor can give me answers I really want.   Is it a vitamin deficiency , what what is causing this something is.  Most of the time I feel like the test pig, people are amazed and intrigued and turned off ,   I'd really like someone who has what I have to talk to to compare and share,.  It's hard I hope one of you think this sounds familiar to you.

I think that the first person( Sandy) needs some serious psychological help as does the other person who does not understand why doctors keep saying it is something delusional.
How in the world does she know that she has a "small white organism too small for the eye to see" in these lesions? Arent they too small too see! How can only she see them. HELLO?!!! If that is not delusional than what is.

Plus maybe if we talked we could do something about it I could figure out more about it. Find out what she might be taking and I could give her information that maybe she wasn't told so Laura I hope you see this and I hope we can find one another because I am also really depressed about this problem
I am don't even like to wear shorts or short sleeve shirts because of my scars are so bad. I just hope and pray that you get this I would love to talk to someone that also has this maybe we can find something out between the both of us.

This is for R. Hood.  We have a support group at www.geocities.com/leacy77_Unidentified_Skin_Disorder.html maybe it would help for you to talk about it with us.  We have no cure yet but some of the things we've tried helps.. Know that you are not alone and there are people there to support you.  Also there is a questionaire at www.headlice.org under the FAQ button.   If you would fill it out and be numbered with the rest of us.  It is really quite puzzling that all of us have the same symptoms and are called delusional.  If we in fact were delusional we would have different symptoms.  Taking drugs I don't believe has anything to do with this parasite.

I have been, for the last 15 months, suffering from similar symptoms. I've tried treating my skin with every over the counter remedey known to man, with no success. Dermotologists say "NERVES" So... why haven't they given me Valium or something for my nerves? At least as a temporary stress reducer while the rash heals?
I even sought answers through a Chinese Herbalist. Through dowsing and devination methods it was determined that my liver was the culprit. My astrological characteristics say that I could expect liver troubles based on my exact DOB. *(I am not asking for your opinion, relating to those methods, mind you) I was given an herbal combination. $$$ and no success. I was advised that the true problem lies in my subconcious and until those issues were worked out, there would be no permanent cure(*)
TRUTH: I verbally shared this info with my Dr.'s and my herbalist just kind of "knew" and still I'm told the symptoms I describe are unrelated.
I smoke crystal methamphetamien on a daily basis. None of my friends have it. They smoke the same "stuff"
The problem first started on my face. My chin would get large cyst-like, ingrown-hair like, undergrounders, pulsating, painfull.
Yellowish, clear fluid, gel-like, liquid drains and DRAINS, from sore. When liquid dries it feals like crystals have formed on my skin. sharp, hurts to touch, burns and itches. Eventually goes away.
I remember doing an experiment in a health class. We were studying toxins. We were to urinate in a cup at home. The cup was to be left alone until urine had evaporated.  Crystals formed as a result. Am I to believe that urine is being sucreted through my skin? my liver is unable to filter properly so my skin is being used as the filter instead? Sure feels like it, like shardes of glass are under my skin.
Next I developed a large knot and bruise on the top of my thigh. Later small itchy black flat dots apeared. If scratched would swell like an insect bite. Clear liquid, turn into larger sores, takes forever to heal. Leaving discolored skin and blueish purple scars. Rash eventually spreading to other top of thigh, and both top side (or tan side)of each of my arms and hands. This has gone on for more than a year now.
Okay... My mom, friends and associates say its the speed. Fine I dont have a hard time believing that considering the stuff in my pipe looks like the stuff comming out of my skin. But why was my dermotologist so adament about it not being the cause? And meanwhile, if the herbalist is correct about my liver being the problem, than I have to think it looks worse than my skin.
I simply cant accept the standard "NERVES" diagnosis I've been getting.
Based on the honest details of my situation, Is there anything you could suggest (other than NAA) Can I get some relief from these painfull and unsightly sores? Is there something I could be taking that would aid my body in breaking/filtering out the crystal meth.(if thats it)I am putting in my body. I thank you for any and all suggestions you may have, unless that advise is "get off the ****" because I don't see that happening real soon.

P.S. A friend of mine got me 4 packets of accutane. 40mlg. 10 per pack. Takeing 1 per day. Starting my third pack today ...not much change so far.

I have been dx. with Melkersson-Rosenthal Syndrome, very rare! Terrible head and facial pain; lips, tongue and face swell. Tongue is furrowed and sometimes turns black. On 2 separate occasions I've had paralysis on each side of my face. Also, zig-zag neon lights appear, even if I close my eyes.  I have GERD and Reflux Larangitis, which always acts-up when I have one of my "spells". No one seems to know what is going on, but my whole face looks completely different when I have one of these. Some info. that I found on the net implies that there is some type of dermatology disorder and itching with this disease. These "spells" can last from a few to weeks, coming and going.  Anybody know anything about this disease? If so, please add to this forum, I'll be checking in to see any new comments. Thanks.

I also get sores (sometimes refered to as boils, impetigo, cellulitis or whatever) always a different dx. Anyway, Every few months I break out sometimes on one leg or arm, under R arm, always on face. These seem to be hard knots with no drainage, one Dr. called it Acne Vulgaris. Usually accompanied with fever, rash, and very intense itching. Sometimes, it was called Staph. Any and all comments would be appreciated.

I'm afraid you won't like my answer or follow my advice, but I pass it on anyway in the hope that you, or other people like you, might get the help you need.

There are no bugs or organisms which behave in the manner you describe.  You are picking at imaginary insects.

Your delusion can be helped with medication.  You shoud consult a psychiatrist or dermatologist expert in this area, whose diagnosis is known as "Delusions of Parasitosis."

Every dermatologist encounters patients with your problem, Sandy.  But we are powerless to help, unless you acknowledge what the problem is.

I hope you can bring yourself to do so.
