Can you please tell me what this is? And how it is treated, and if it can be cured. Thanks!

This is a condition of unknown cause, which mainly affects the labia in women.  It results in thinned skin that's white and sensitive.  Symptomatic treatment is available.  For more information and pictures, check out this website:

Nope-that's a form of eczema, commoner and easier to treat.  ASR
