Why my upper lip color is fading, burning/tingling sensation, small swelling?

Since almost 2 years now I have problems with my lips. Especially upper lip is affected. First I noticed a bit of swelling but only in 2 places, some time after I started to feel burning/tingling sensation. In a short while color of my upper lip started to dissapear... First a bit on the right side, later also om the left, delicate swelling stays, since 1.5 year unchanged and color of upper lip is almost invisible now... I consulted over 120 specialists from different disciplines. I totally changed my lifestyle and diet. I never did any lip treatements. Im not using cosmetics or any medications. But nothing seems to work. Its became extremally uncomfortable and disturbing  my everyday life. Im totally lost, since few days also i noticed that skin around my nose is getti g slightly whiter... I hope somebody can give me any suggestions..

I think you need to see a dermatologist pronto. This very well could be the work of a fungal infection.  Oh, wait, you saw 120 doctors?
