Little Bumps?

I am a sexually active 22 year old female. The day before I had protected sex with someone other than the man I have been dating for years but the condom broke. But he assured me he did not have any STDs. Afterwards I had really rough sex twice with my now ex-partner (we broke up a week or two ago). Neither time was I lubricated enough for it to be comfortable. I noticed a few little bumps, not really a rash because it does not itch or burn, lining the outside of my minora (entrance). I do not know whether it is caused from friction or the condom use. Would like to know if this has happened to anyone else or if I should go to the doctor. Thanks!
