Hello my boyfriend told me today he has a lump back of his ear by his skull size of a dime he mentioned and he also told me he been having this lump by ear for 3 yrs now and now he gets random bleeding noses n when he touch his ear he said his head tingles he said he been had nosebleed for almost 3yrs and now it more now he gets lightheaded sometimes he drinks water everyday etc what you think this can result has?
