Make an appointment to see your doctor with regard to that spot on your nose.

I have something similar, which I know was once a zit that healed over.  I asked my doctor many years ago that I wanted to get rid of it and other similar growths on my chin.  He removed a large birth mark on the back of my neck by burning it off, but would not touch anything on my face.  He said that if I wanted them to be removed off my face, I would need to be referred to the hospital for cosmetic surgery.

Yours does not look like a normal wart, but the doctor will be able to examine it more carefully and tell you what he thinks it is.

Do not do anything to it yourself because it could get much worse or you could get it infected.

Your doctor or a dermatologist is the best people to see to give you the correct diagnosis and what can be done for you.

Let me know how you get on.
