Mole abnormal, or just irritated?

I am having great concerns about a mole that I have had since birth (I'm 19).  Oddly enough, it's right in my armpit, and has always been there but never caused any problems.
Recently (within the past month) it has grown swollen, very sensitive and at times painful.  I know those are dangerous symptoms, but I cannot rule out one other factor:
About the same time I received these symptoms, I switched deodorants.  I have had no other problems with deodorant before, but it's not just the mole that's become sensitive.. it's also the skin in my armpit above it as well (about an inch).  I have not gotten any symptoms in my other armpit.  So should I have this mole removed ASAP, or could it possibly just be the new deodorant?  I'm really worried.. please reply!!

I have a couple little extra skin pieces under my right are. They do not look like moles just little pieces of extra skin. They do get a little tender sometime. Have any ideal what this could be.

I have had a mole that looks like a third nipple on my back for years. someone recently suggested that I have it checked out. I have had no problems with it. Should i be worried?

I would go and have it checked out ASAP.  If it is nothing great, but if it is then they can treat it instead of waiting longer.  Does shaving effect it, maybe you irritated it that way?
