Mole near my anus

I noticed one small black mole near my anus area. It's not quite near the anus but more like in between my anus and buttock area.

Should I be worried? A month ago I had HPV and Pap Smear which all came back normal.

If I want to check it out, should I go to dermatologist or gynecologist?
