Molluscum or flea bites?

I have a dog with fleas but I was also around my cousin who has molluscum. We didn't share towels but we did sleep in the same bed. She wore long clothes to cover her bumps. No skin to skin contact. Still worried though. There are 4 pin dot sized bumps my right arm. I scratched yesterday and they appeared. They don't itch and are flesh colored. I have pictures. Will have to post when I get home. The bumps are almost in a square, around the same area.

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.

If the bumps are not itchy and they are flesh like they are less likely to be due to flea bites. If you slept with your cousin who had molluscum, chances of these bumps being molluscum are there. Spread occurs by direct human-to-human contact and contact with infected fomites.

Lesions are flesh-colored, dome-shaped, and pearly in appearance. They are often 1–5 millimeters in diameter, with a dimpled center. Diagnosis is made by physical examination. The diagnosis can be confirmed by excisional biopsy.

Hope that this information helps and hope that you will get better soon.

Wishing you good health.
