Moluscum contagiosum

I have recently been treated twice for moluscum in my pubic region by method of freezing. There are still a few remaining and i am worried they will spread again. Is there any better method to treat these or should I freeze the remaining ones again (they survived the last time!). Are the products on www.Molluscum.com any good?

Hi,
Treatment for molluscum contagiosum may include removal of the papules by:
Scraping or curettage
Freezing (cryotherapy)
Laser therapy.
There are a few treatment options that can be done at home. Betadine surgical scrub can be gently scrubbed on the infected area for 5 minutes daily until the lesions resolve (this is not recommended for those allergic to iodine or betadine). However, the ability of iodine to penetrate intact skin is poor, and without a pin ***** or needle stick into each molluscum lesion this method does not work well. Do not use on broken skin.
Astringent chemicals applied to the surface of molluscum lesions to destroy successive layers of the skin include trichloroacetic acid, podophyllin resin, potassium hydroxide, and cantharidin.

Hi I had Molluscum. They put a topic that creates blisters around them and then the blisters fall with the molluscum inside. When I heard it because my case was all over my belly and sides of torso I though it was brilliant. but it really irritated my skin and it didn't work. Then I went to the doctor and I told him that it's ruining my life because I do a lot of swimming and water sports so I wanted to get rid of it as fast as possible. He said that with all treatments like freezing for example there is a high chance of them coming back or not fall. The fasted and less possibility of them coming back is to to scrape them off with this tiny spoon.
It's minor surgery. I had it and now it's gone. It hurts like hell.
The Doctors will probably bribe you into doing the blister thing so you keep coming back and they get more money.
My Doctor did it so we then went to the best Dermatologist in Hong Kong and I never had to come back.
