Morning hives

About two years ago I started to get what looked like insect bites on my back, one day I woke up head to toe covered in hives and itchy parts on my scalp. I took a lot of meds to keep it under control and then everything went after 3/4 months. Back to present day and the back and scalp issue returned and I have now started to get the hives in the morning on my palms and face. My lifestyle then and now are very different, the only similar things are I have started to excercise again, but I excercise before 12 noon and the hives appear over night when I sleep. Anybody came across this?

I have known some people who seem to get the hives just randomly and frequently.  I always recommend just keeping a journal- note what you eat in a day, what activities you do, your stress level, any products you use- and note your bodies reaction.  Make an appointment with the doctor and take that journal with you when you go- it will really help in determining the cause.
