My lips



Please help i have these white bumps on my lips for the past two years they dont hurt what are they?

Thanks for writing in.

The bumps that you have are called Fordyce's spots. This is not a disease but just an anatomical aberration. These are sebaceous glands which were not supposed to be there but have accidentally developed over the lips.

No treatment is required and these spots will never cause any problem. I would suggest you simply relax and forget about them.
